Police detained a man who tried to kidnap a girl in Balashikha

Moscow region police officers detained a 39-year-old native of Kurgan, who had tried to take a young girl with him the day before in Balashikha. This was announced on October 3 by a source of Izvestia.

According to the source, the man's name is Vitaly M. He has been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for minor hooliganism and for drinking alcohol in public places.

The day before, in Balashikha, Moscow region, passers-by helped a schoolgirl escape from a man who allegedly tried to kidnap her. The video recorded by the cameras shows an unknown man running after the schoolgirl, grabbing her hand and trying to hold her back. Local residents reported that the man introduced himself as the schoolgirl's father, but she denies this.
