- A mother with many children and the founder of a charitable foundation helps her fighters
Residents of Moscow are constantly transferring humanitarian aid to new and border regions. Together with their families, friends and colleagues, they bring food, hygiene products and other necessary goods to the headquarters of Moscow Helps. This was reported on October 3 on the official city portal of the capital. mos.ru .
Volunteer associations, charitable foundations and various city organizations are involved in this activity. Active citizens organize their own training camps for participants in a special military operation, many personally deliver assistance to the recipients. Among them is Inga Lybo, a mother with many children from Moscow, the founder of the Eva—Florencia Charitable Foundation.
Inga Lybo has been delivering humanitarian supplies for more than three years. Together with volunteers, she buys drinking water, clothes, baby food and medicines, weaves camouflage nets, launches support campaigns and provides assistance to those in need. She personally delivers supplies every month — more than 100 tons of aid have already been sent to the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR), Zaporizhia, Kherson, Belgorod and Kursk regions.
"I can't help but help—that's how I was raised. The motto of my foundation is "There are no other people's children," with these words I arrived in Mariupol in March 2022. I took water, baby food, diapers and hydrogen peroxide, but realized on the spot that a lot of help was needed. I stayed in the city for three weeks. Now, every month, I carry supplies to both civilians and fighters. When a person is not alone with their troubles, it is easier to cope with them," says Inga.
She receives requests for help directly from the departments. The fighters call her Inga Grigorievna, and she calls them "boys" in a motherly way. The foundation helps not only the military, but also civilians, women in labor in perinatal centers, and the wounded in hospitals. Clothes, medicines, appliances, furniture, baby food and toys are being collected for the population of the new regions.
Inga's team consists of six volunteers, including her eight-year-old grandson. Volunteers pack parcels, make camouflage nets and trench candles. Inga is convinced that volunteering begins with a sincere desire to help and fosters patriotism in the younger generation through personal involvement in a common cause.
Earlier, on October 1, it was reported that volunteers had delivered more than 9 tons of humanitarian cargo to Mariupol. Charity events were held as part of the autumn season of the volunteer project "Time for Good", the collected cargo is intended for both residents and social institutions of the city.
