Sikorski denied severing diplomatic relations between Poland and Russia
Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski is currently not considering the option of completely ending diplomatic relations between Poland and Russia. He said this in an interview with the Fakt newspaper on October 2.
"No, I'm not considering it," he replied to the relevant question.
At the same time, he did not rule out the closure of the only remaining Russian Consulate General in Gdansk. According to Sikorsky, this option is possible in the event of a repeat of the "sabotage" that Russia is allegedly involved in.
On September 10, the operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces (RFA) reported the destruction of several unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that violated the country's airspace. It was reported that after the detection of drones in the sky by radar, "protective procedures" were immediately launched against an "act of aggression" that posed a threat to the safety of citizens. On September 30, another drone was detected.
