The prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into the collapse of a college in Vladivostok.

The Primorsky Krai Prosecutor's Office began an inspection after the collapse of part of the building of the energy college in Vladivostok. The agency announced this on October 3 in the Telegram channel.

"To coordinate the activities of law enforcement agencies and special services, the deputy prosecutor of the Pervomaisky district of Vladivostok went to the site," the prosecutor's office said.

The building of the educational institution was erected in 1972. Currently, access to the college grounds is restricted.

As specified in the statement, the audit will examine all the circumstances of the incident and assess the actions of those responsible.

The collapse of a part of the college building in Vladivostok was reported earlier that day. As a result of the incident, no one was injured. Investigators of the Investigative Committee (IC) went to the scene of the incident to conduct an inspection. At the moment, the circumstances of the incident are being established.
