Bailiffs have restricted the travel abroad of former Supreme Court Judge Viktor Momotov. This was reported by law enforcement agencies on October 3.

"As part of the interim measures on the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office, Momotov is restricted from leaving Russia," the TASS news agency quoted the agency as saying.

Assets worth a total of 9 million rubles were also seized from Momotov and his associates for state revenue.
