Convicted former Minister Abyzov was charged with fraud again.

A new criminal case has been opened against Mikhail Abyzov, the former Minister for Open Government of the Russian Federation, who was sentenced to 12 years in a penal colony for creating a criminal community and other crimes. This was announced on October 2 in a document by the official portal of the general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow.

"Abyzov has been charged under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on an especially large scale)," the document says.
