An overpass across the railway began to be built in Lyubertsy. The 270-meter-long facility will connect Initiativnaya Street and Oktyabrsky Prospekt, the press service of the Ministry of Transport of the Moscow Region reports.

The bridge will provide a link between the north and south of the city, improve the transport situation on Komsomolsky Prospekt. The facility will also become an alternative to the tunnel connecting Volkovskaya and Transportnaya streets.

There will be two lanes on the overpass in both directions, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya. In addition, a roundabout to Oktyabrsky Prospekt will be built.

The launch of the labor movement is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027. The work is expected to be fully completed in the third quarter of 2028.
