60 more elevators in high-rise buildings will be replaced in Lipetsk

The elevator renovation campaign continues in Lipetsk. By the end of 2025, another 60 lifts in 11 apartment buildings will be replaced with additional funding from the regional budget.

The contractor has already started work in all high-rise buildings, writes GOROD48. During installation, the organization not only changes the cabins, but also completely renews the shafts and machinery spaces for the convenience of future maintenance.

The houses where the elevators are undergoing major repairs were built in the 80s and 90s of the XX century. The equipment has served its regulatory period and, according to the Customs Union regulations, it must be replaced by 2030. If the requirements are not met, the Management Company will have to stop the elevators for the safety of residents.

Earlier in September, it was reported that Lipetsk would spend more than 330 million rubles on the repair of two educational institutions. We are talking about schools No. 49 and 51. The contractor has already been identified.
