The Moscow Arbitration Court ordered to recover more than 8 billion rubles from the structures of the PIK development group according to the claim of the St. Petersburg company Horizon. The relevant resolution was published on October 2.

According to the court's decision, the defendants must pay 8.14 billion rubles to a former partner in a development project in the Moscow district of Perovo, including 5.6 billion rubles for "unjustified enrichment" and interest for "using other people's money."
