Russia has an advantage over Europe, expressed in the strength of the spirit of its population. This was announced on October 2 by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a meeting of the leaders of the European Political Community in Copenhagen.

"The advantage on Russia's side is mentality. <...> Russia's advantage is here (he gestured at his head and heart. — Ed.), this means that they are ready for battle, ready for self-sacrifice and suffering. This is their psychological advantage," the politician said.
