The most expensive parking space in Moscow is for sale for 53 million rubles, its cost is comparable to the budget of buying a business class apartment. This was reported on October 2 by TASS with reference to analysts at the Whitewill real estate agency.

This parking space is located on the minus first floor of a residential complex near the Kremlin. It combines a parking space of 18.9 sq. m. m and two kellers (6.2 and 9.2 sq. m each) for additional storage.

The top three also included a parking space for 45.8 million rubles in the same project and another site for 24.8 square meters. m for 44.1 million rubles in another Moscow residential complex.

As the analysts explained, the price of a parking space is influenced by the area, technical characteristics and parking availability (the fewer spaces, the higher their value).
