More than 10 drones destroyed in Voronezh region

More than ten unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were detected and destroyed by air defense units on duty in the Voronezh Region The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on October 2 by the governor of the region, Alexander Gusev.

"According to preliminary data, there are no damages or casualties," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The threat mode of UAV attacks in the region remains, however, in Liskinsky, Ostrogozhsky, Buturlinovsky districts and Borisoglebsk, the immediate threat of strikes has been removed.

Preparations are already underway for the mass production of such materials.

Earlier, on September 20, Governor Alexander Gusev announced the destruction of one Ukrainian drone in the sky over the region. According to him, the drone was promptly detected and eliminated by air defense systems.
