The forests in Sevastopol and the routes of the Great Sevastopol Trail will be opened to visitors on Thursday, October 2. This was announced by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev in his social networks.

He recalled that the fire protection regime is still in effect in the forests, therefore it is forbidden to make bonfires, roast kebabs, and scatter cigarette butts and matches. It is also necessary to protect nature, observe silence, do not litter and do not drive into the forest by car, writes IA SevastopolMedia.

Earlier it was reported that the landscaping of the pedestrian zone on the street of Military Builders of the Cossack Bay is nearing completion in Sevastopol. Large-scale work began in the fall of 2024.
