The US refusal to send troops to Ukraine is a sign of weakness. This was announced on October 1 by French President Emmanuel Macron.

"Already in the spring of 2022, our American partners announced that they would not send soldiers [to Ukraine]. We have repeatedly told Moscow what we will not do. It's a sign of weakness," he said in an interview with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
