- A special fire protection regime was abolished in the forests of the Lipetsk region.
In the Lipetsk region, a decision was made to abolish a special fire protection regime in forests. The regional government announced this on Wednesday, October 1.
"The special fire protection regime has been abolished. It has been in effect since June 2, 2025," the report says.
The decision was made due to the onset of autumn weather. The rains that replaced the summer heat significantly reduced the likelihood of fires.
According to GOROD48, with reference to the Ministry of Forestry of the Lipetsk region, the ban on citizens staying in forests and entering the forest belt by car has been lifted.
Earlier it was reported that from September 12 to September 30 in the Lipetsk region, restrictions were imposed on the entry of vehicles into forests and the stay of citizens in them. Such measures were taken to ensure the fire safety of forests during the dry and warm weather prevailing in the region these days.
