Three buildings will be equipped with architectural and artistic lighting on Bolshoy Cherkassky Lane. This was announced on Wednesday, October 1, by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Communal Services and landscaping, Peter Biryukov.

According to him, specialists will install about 490 energy-efficient lamps to combine the houses into a single visual ensemble and emphasize their architectural details, writes Moscow 24.

He added that the new lighting in the capital is carried out in warm or neutral shades of white light with moderate brightness, which helps to accentuate the elements of the facades.

Biryukov recalled that in 13 years, the level of illumination in Moscow has doubled, and the number of buildings with lighting has increased fourfold. More than a million lighting fixtures are currently operating in the city, while energy consumption is reduced due to LEDs, according to the Moscow City News agency.

In September 360.ru He wrote that architectural lighting appeared at the Museum of Military Glory in Kolomna. The authors used individual lighting devices. They were created in St. Petersburg.
