Moscow has allocated five sites for the construction of sports facilities within the framework of the IAP

In January 2025, more than 18 hectares of land were transferred to investors and developers in Moscow for the construction of sports facilities as part of the implementation of large-scale innovative projects. This was announced on Wednesday, October 1, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, investors and developers are actively involved in the development of the city's sports infrastructure. The total area of the new facilities and related infrastructure will be over 58 thousand square meters, writes RT.

Moscow Government Minister Ekaterina Solovyova noted that more than 6 hectares are provided in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki for the National Football Team Training Center, and in Moskvorechye-Saburovo there is a plot of 1.16 hectares for a sports complex for students, the website notes. kp.ru . In the east of the capital, the developer received 0.43 hectares for the construction of a FOK with swimming pools, a gym, a buffet and a medical room, writes NSN.

On September 30, it was reported that as part of the implementation of the IAP, the city would lease a plot of land in Krasnopakhorsky district to an investor for the construction of an automobile production facility. According to the Moscow City News agency, a new automobile production facility will be built there. For its construction, the city will lease a land plot of 5.7 hectares.
