The road campaign in Krasnoyarsk is coming to an end

The road campaign in Krasnoyarsk has reached its final stage. Work is still ongoing at some facilities, the press service of the regional center administration reports.

In total, 56 road facilities were planned to be put in order in 2025, including 40 sections within the framework of the national Infrastructure for Life project. Due to savings, the total number was increased to 76, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency.

"For the facilities where work is carried out according to the national project, the readiness is 96 percent. We will continue the work on carrying out pit repairs as long as the weather allows us," said Alexander Matsak, the first deputy mayor of the city.

The progress of road works throughout the season is in the focus of attention of public supervisors. The most common complaint against contractors is non-compliance with the work culture.

Quality control of road repairs has also been tightened in the regional capital. It is evaluated by three laboratories: the customer, the contractor and an independent one. If claims appear at the control stage, the contractor eliminates the comments. Without this, the work will not be accepted and will not be paid.

Earlier it was reported that the repair of the road to the Sayanskaya railway station was completed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Specialists have put 5.3 km of pavement in order.
