Deputy Chairman of Yabloko Kruglov was detained in the case of fakes about the Russian army

A criminal case on fakes about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation has been initiated against Maxim Kruglov, an ex-deputy of the Moscow City Duma from Yabloko, and he has been detained. This was announced on October 1 by the press service of the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (TFR).

"A criminal case has been opened against Maxim Kruglov. He is suspected of committing a crime under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation"),"the message says.
