The Moskvich 3 crossover has received a new option

The Moskvich automobile plant has introduced telematics services of its own design into crossovers with the index 3. With them, car owners can control the car's functionality via a smartphone. The company's press service informed Izvestia about this on October 1.

With the new features, Moskvich 3 owners will be able to monitor the vehicle's condition (fuel/charge level, mileage, status of doors and locks), remotely control the car (engine start, door opening/closing, climate control start), track its location in real time, and receive notifications about important events (low battery charge, alarm operation), as well as configure access for other users with different levels of rights.

The installation of telematics units is carried out directly at the factory. The telematics service is available through the My Moskvich apps for Android devices and MControl for iOS, which will be available for download during October 2025.

The company noted that the functionality of the connected services is available for any configuration, is included in the price of the car and is valid for three years, after which the services are available on a paid basis.

The day before, it was reported that the Moskvich automobile Plant had launched its own research and development (R&D) center, with more than 60 engineers already working in the new division.
