Brussels is preparing for war and wants European taxpayers to provide for it. This was announced on October 1 on the social network X by Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto.

Szijjarto noted that Brussels has prepared a seven-year budget, which, in his words, "is more about Ukraine" rather than the European Union (EU).

"Instead of solving the real problems of Europe, such as restoring competitiveness, ensuring energy security and resuming economic growth, they are focusing on financing the Ukrainian army and the Ukrainian state," the minister added.

He also stressed that Hungary is not going to use its taxpayers' funds to finance the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced on September 30 that the West was planning to rob Ukraine, hiding behind the desire to protect it. According to him, Western countries talk about their intentions to protect Ukraine, but in reality it is an "imperialist" struggle for land, resources and money.
