The Russian airline Aeroflot is currently actively engaged in the Internet project in airplanes. This was announced on October 1 by Sergey Alexandrovsky, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of the Aeroflot Group.

He stressed that there will be a network on the flights.

"We have such a project, we are actively engaged in it. It's a little more difficult with us than with the Internet "on earth," TASS quotes Alexandrovsky as saying.

Alexandrovsky said on September 4 that airport costs in the Far East could rise to 27% of the cost of an air ticket by 2026, compared with 8% in 2024. According to him, this affected not only Aeroflot, but also all airlines operating flights to the region.
