The Kremlin pointed to the multitude of European provocations in the Baltic Sea

European countries are obstructing navigation in the Baltic Sea, committing many provocations. This was announced on October 1 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing.

"In a number of waters, including the Baltic, European countries and coastal states are taking a lot of provocative actions that, from our point of view, absolutely do not contribute to ensuring freedom of commercial navigation. Sometimes this forces our armed forces to take measures calling for order," he said.
