In Yaroslavl, rescue services localized a fire at an oil refinery. This was announced on October 1 in the press service of the main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the region.

"98 specialists and 32 pieces of equipment are working at the scene of the fire," the department's Telegram channel says.
