The scouts of the Vostok group of forces intercepted radio conversations of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) when they discussed on the air the death of their own infantry group due to friendly fire on the border of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was announced on October 1 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"The scouts of the Vostok group of forces intercepted enemy radio communications about the destruction of the AFU group with their own.
