Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), said that information manipulation mechanisms are being exposed. He wrote about this on September 30 on the social network X.

Dmitriev's comment appeared in response to a post by American entrepreneur Elon Musk, who responded with the phrase "More and more curious..." to a statement by Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger. The latter reported that 85% of the most influential Wikipedia accounts are anonymous.

"These are all elements of a false narrative machine that are being revealed step by step," Dmitriev said in the publication.
