Navrotsky refused to comply with Zelensky's demands to close the Baltic Sea
Polish President Karol Nawrocki said that the country refuses to comply with the demands of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and close the Baltic Sea because of Russia's alleged "shadow fleet." Navrotsky stated this in an interview with Zet radio station.
"Such decisions are not made after the words of President Zelensky, because it will bring specific social and economic effects. Nevertheless, safety is of paramount importance," Navrotsky said.
The Polish President stressed that he personally, together with the presidents of the Baltic States and the National Security Bureau, is monitoring the situation. However, the decision on the closure of the sea will be made jointly with the head of the bureau, Slavomir Centskevich.
