Private investigator Hovhannes Babajanyan told how a Russian woman could have been enslaved in Myanmar.

In conversation with aif.ru On Tuesday, September 30, the expert said that girls for abduction are most often picked up in bars. According to him, criminals pay attention to those who have come to live for a long time and do not have relatives who will immediately start searching in case of disappearance.

So, they can meet the victim in a bar, treat him to a cocktail, ask about his plans and offer him "interesting acquaintances" or a job. She is then taken to an establishment on the outskirts, where she is asked to convince the men to buy drinks. The detective explained that at first the girls are promised a fee for each attracted client and dancing without an intimate component. But if they refuse, they are told directly that it is their responsibility now. In case of resistance, the victims can be taken to the basement.

The girls are held there for several days, after which they promise to let them go if they work a little. In fact, they are sent to Myanmar, where they are forced to work in call centers or agencies, deceiving men for money.

The victim of this scheme was Dashima O., a 20-year-old native of Chita, who flew to Thailand to work as a model. She was abducted in broad daylight in Bangkok and smuggled across the border. After a few days, she was able to call her mother, but then stopped contacting her.

Together with other prisoners, she is in a camp that is located outside the jurisdiction of Thailand and Myanmar. 360.ru . A friend of the missing girl said that dozens of people from Russia, CIS countries and China are in the camp. They are paid for their work only with food. To be released, you need to pay a ransom of about $15,000. The Russian woman was taken out by unknown persons to work in fraudulent call centers.

On September 29, the Russian Embassy in Myanmar, together with local authorities, located the Russian woman, and documents are being prepared for her extradition to Russia.
