US President Donald Trump did not keep his promise and again called Russia a "paper tiger" on September 30 during a meeting with American generals and admirals.

"And I told him [Russian President Vladimir Putin]: You know, you don't look well. You are fighting for the fourth year in a conflict that should have ended in a week. Are you a paper tiger?" said Trump.
