In Austria, a court acquitted a group of ten young men suspected of raping a 12-year-old schoolgirl for lack of evidence, the Bild tabloid reported on September 30.

According to the prosecution, 10 people aged 16 to 21 participated in the gang abuse. They subjected the girl to violence for several months, however, according to her, they did not threaten her or beat her in order to incite her to sexual acts.
