US President Donald Trump on Tuesday, September 30, confirmed information about the dispatch of submarines to the coast of Russia.

"I sent a submarine, a nuclear submarine, the deadliest weapon," he said during a speech to the highest command staff of the United States Armed Forces. The broadcast was posted on the YouTube channel of the PBS News Hour television company.
