- The standard of public capital of business will be introduced in the Jewish Autonomous Region
The Jewish Autonomous Region will begin to introduce the standard of public business capital. This presupposes an agreement signed on Tuesday, September 30, by the region and the NGO "Public Capital".
"Recently, there has been an increase in the investment attractiveness of the Jewish Autonomous Region, especially in the mining sector. The standard of public capital will help to increase the responsibility of companies to society, including in the field of environmental safety and social support for employees and local communities," said Asiyat Bagatyrova, CEO of ANO Public Capital.
According to her, this approach to work not only improves people's quality of life, but also helps to strengthen the positive reputation of companies among both local residents and business partners.
One of the key objectives of the public capital standard is to attract businesses to actively participate in projects aimed at achieving the national development goals, which are approved for the period up to 2030.
As the governor of the Jewish Autonomous Region, Maria Kostyuk, emphasized, it is important that businesses operating in the region follow the standard of public capital: they take into account the needs of residents, comply with environmental requirements, and create their own social programs. "The agreement is an important step in support of newly created and already operating projects in the region's economy," she added.
The introduction of the standard will become another mechanism for the implementation of the National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Far East. Its goal is to attract investments, create new jobs, and provide favorable living conditions in the region.
