The court arrested the ninth person involved in the poisoning of a surrogate in the Leningrad region

The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg has detained Vladimir Terekhov, the ninth defendant in the case of poisoning with counterfeit alcohol in the Leningrad region. This was announced on September 30 by the press service of the city courts in its Telegram channel.

"The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg issued a decision on the choice of a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of Vladimir Terekhov, accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," the message says.
