The commander of the Akhmat special forces group told about a knife fight with an AFU fighter

The commander of the Akhmat special forces group with the call sign Aid engaged in a knife fight with a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) who was caught off guard. He published the details of the fight on September 30 in his Telegram channel.

It is noted that the battle took place when approaching the enemy's rear in the Serebryansk forestry in the area of the special military operation in Ukraine.

"For two weeks, we made a passage to the enemy's minefields from the side of the Swamp. The task was to go to the rear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces," said Hades.

According to him, a group of five Russian fighters, including himself, approached the enemy's positions. According to Aida, there were three to four people in the AFU stronghold, mostly mortar men, one of whom was conducting surveillance.

"It was decided to creep up to him unnoticed and eliminate him first. We crawled about 1.5 km, disguised by thermal imaging capes. But it happens that you can't calculate everything down to the smallest detail. When we were crawling up to the support post, [the observer] had to go to the toilet. And five or six meters away from me, he started to relieve himself," Hades recalled.

The commander noted that at first he tried to use the silent Vintorez rifle, but it got stuck between the shoulder pad and the armor.

"There was no time, I just jumped to my feet and attacked him with a knife," the soldier added.

According to him, the rest of the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers were eliminated with the help of a grenade thrown by their colleagues into a dugout.
