Eight WWII-era munitions found in Pskov region

Eight explosive objects from the Great Patriotic War were discovered in the Pskov region. The ammunition is defused.

The shells were found near the Strazha tract in the Gdovsky district. According to the Pskov News feed, the finds were identified as four 45 mm artillery shells, three CD-1 hand grenades and an 82 mm mortar shell.

Experts note that if ammunition is found, it is necessary to call 101, 102 or 112. The finds must not be touched or moved.

In the Leningrad Region, 56 wartime munitions were found near a railway platform in the Tosnensky district. Aerial bombs and anti-tank mines were taken to the landfill.
