A new road that will connect four streets of the district will be built in the capital's Biryulyovo-Zapadnoye district. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told about this on his channel in the MAX messenger.
The new highway will stretch from Bulatnikovsky to the Projected Passage No. 5108, and exits to Kharkov Passage and Medinskaya Street will be built on it. According to the mayor of the capital, the new highway will help residents of the district get to the nearest railway stations faster, and in the future to the planned Biryulyovo metro station.
At the moment, the road is in the design stage. To ensure the most convenient movement, the authorities plan to create an intersection with the Projected passage No. 5108, as well as with Medynskaya Street and Bulatnikovsky Passage. Modern transport pavilions will also be installed on the new street, convenient sidewalks for pedestrians will be laid, and a bicycle path will operate on the west side of the highway for two-wheeled transport enthusiasts. The construction work is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
