This was stated on September 30 by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with the heads of government delegations participating in meetings of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth and the Union.

"As we always say at meetings of heads of state and former presidents, there are no former ones, however, Nursultan Nazarbayev often emphasizes that Russia is the center of everything," TASS reports his words.

The Belarusian leader also stressed that the Russian Federation should "be at the forefront" in order to "glue, unite, and prevent the main union from falling apart at this time."
