Oleg Chemezov, the former deputy governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, was charged with fraud. Chemezov's lawyer Maria Kirilova told Izvestia about this on September 30.

"Oleg Chemezov is still in the IVS (Temporary detention facility - Ed.), there are still complaints about his health condition, he does not feel very well," the lawyer said.
