The online broadcast project from the Moscow Zoo has turned one year old, and videos from the zoo have been viewed more than 9 million times. This was announced on September 30 by the portal mos.ru .

It is noted that the most popular animals among the audience were pandas, capybaras, Timothy manul, pygmy hippopotamus, lynxes, animals from the primate family, as well as honeyeaters and meerkats. In addition, as part of the project, people can watch broadcasts from the enclosure of the Red Book giant otters that have settled in the Moscow Zoo for the first time in 161 years.

The online broadcast project is constantly evolving. Over the course of a year, you can watch 20 species of animals online, often watching the broadcasts and watching special moments in the animal world. Thanks to such innovations, it has become more convenient for people from different regions of Russia to observe them.

"Now only a little more than half of the broadcast views are in Moscow. Daily broadcasts from the zoo are popular among residents of St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Sverdlovsk, Volgograd, Samara, Tver, Vladimir, Yaroslavl regions, Krasnodar Territory, the Republics of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and other regions," the portal says.
