The Krasheninnikov volcano in Kamchatka spewed a column of ash 2.5 km above sea level. This was announced on September 30 by the Kamchatka Volcanic Eruption Response Group (KVERT).
"The explosions raised the ashes of the Krasheninnikov volcano 2.5 km above sea level. The ash plume stretches 108 km east–southeast of the volcano," the Telegram channel says.
It is specified that an "orange" aviation hazard code has been declared for the volcano.
Earlier, on September 24, the Krasheninnikov volcano in Kamchatka spewed ash 2.4 km above sea level. It is specified that there was a danger of ash emissions up to 6 km above sea level.
