The Ostankino Court of Moscow has seized all the property of Viktor Momotov, a retired judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and 22 persons affiliated with him as part of an anti-corruption lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office. "The court took interim measures and seized all the property of Momotov, his mother and 21 other persons affiliated with him, including his associates Andrei and Ivan Marchenko," the agency's source said.
