According to Vance, representatives of the US Democratic Party are proposing to allocate $1.5 trillion for free medical care for migrants, which members of the Republican Party disagree with.
"We told them it was absurd. And now they are ready to stop the work of the government because of this. This is unacceptable," the American vice president said.
