Ukraine is counting on new supplies of Western F-16, Mirage and Grippen fighters. This was announced on September 29 by the country's Deputy Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Ivan Gavrilyuk, in an interview with the BBC Ukrainian service.

"Deliveries of these aircraft are still expected," he said, adding that the timing and quantity of equipment have not yet been specified.
