He noted that Russia offers ways to reduce confrontation, while Europe avoids it.
"And it's very strange when we suggest considering ways to reduce this confrontation, how to avoid these risks, and find the provocateurs who are doing this, they avoid it. And it's very strange. When people talk about peace and they are offered to cooperate in this direction, but they refuse it, it is more than strange," Chepa said in a conversation with Lenta.Ru .
