Foreign companies are increasingly considering Russian enterprises as promising partners in the field of digital development. This was stated on September 29 in a study by the Higher School of Economics and the Association of European Businesses, which is available to Izvestia.

Experts noted that foreign firms can stimulate the development of domestic technological solutions, contributing to their scaling and implementation in international practices. In addition, in their opinion, foreign companies are aimed at reducing dependence on one technology supplier country, which is now China.

Such trends are most noticeable among enterprises where digital technologies are a critical factor in competitiveness. According to the researchers, this creates favorable conditions for Russian developers who can become part of an expanded network of global technology suppliers.

Reverse greetings: they offered to take compensation for losses from returning brands

Public activists believe that Western companies should pay for the losses of Russians from disabled functions in phones and cars.

On September 27, Vasily Koltashov, an economist and director of the New Society Institute, said that South Korea wants to return all privileges for its companies in order to trade in Russia on special terms. Koltashov clarified that South Korea also intends to maintain and expand the supply of parts for Korean cars, which are heavily present in Russia.
