More than 10 million Muscovites have gained access to electronic medical cards, the most important tool in the framework of the new standard of modern urban medicine. The mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, told about this on his channel in the MACH messenger.

According to the mayor, the electronic medical record contains data on the analyses and studies performed by the patient, examination protocols, medical appointments, hospital discharge after treatment and other information necessary for medical supervision and treatment. In addition, new functions are regularly added to the electronic medical record. So, today Muscovites can keep a "Health Diary" in it, entering data manually, by voice or through a photo. The medical card also allows you to order meals at the dairy kitchen. The AI assistant will help you enter data on blood pressure and pulse, oxygen and blood sugar levels, body temperature, height, weight, and angina attacks. At the same time, the document is available around the clock to both doctors and patients, and thus accelerates the possibility of receiving qualified care.

Young parents can use an electronic card to carry out video surveillance of newborns in intensive care and pathology departments, city hospitals, maternity hospitals and perinatal centers. The attending physician gives mothers access to the broadcast, and they, in turn, can share it with their loved ones.

"In five years, EHRC has become one of the largest digital services in the capital, and its popularity has grown 15—fold over the past four years," Sergei Sobyanin said.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
