The opposition in Moldova has protested the results of the parliamentary elections. This was announced on September 29 by the ex-President of the republic, leader of the Party of Socialists Igor Dodon.

According to the Moldovan Central Election Commission, after counting 99.9% of the votes, opposition parties gain a total of 49.84% in the elections. The ruling PAS party showed a result of 50.16%
