In Arkhangelsk, a college student attacked teachers with a knife

"A criminal case has been opened against an 18-year-old resident of the regional center suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "a, and" part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder of two persons committed with hooligan motives")," the department's Telegram channel says.
