Another case of embezzlement of funds from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation was opened against the ex-head of the VSK

The former head of the Military Construction Company (VSK), Andrei Belkov, became involved in another criminal case of embezzlement on an especially large scale from the Ministry of Defense (MO) of the Russian Federation during construction under state contracts in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was reported by law enforcement agencies on September 29.

"Belkov is another person involved in the criminal case of billion—dollar embezzlement from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation during construction under government contracts," TASS cites the text of the message.

It is specified that Belkov testified against the ex-Minister of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov, who was previously questioned in this criminal case as part of the preliminary investigation as a witness.
