In Primorsky Krai, a girl died and another was injured as a result of falling out of a car body. This was announced on September 29 by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

According to preliminary information, the driver of a Toyota HiAce car, who was transporting two 10-year-old girls in the back, which was not equipped with seats, committed a gross violation of traffic rules.

"During the movement, the children fell out of the body," the Telegram channel said.

One of the girls died as a result of her injuries, and the other was taken to a medical facility.

The prosecutor's office declared lawful the initiation of a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules that negligently caused the death of a person").
